Sweet cherries and vanilla make a classic pairing, and Greek yogurt keeps the texture rich without any cream. The color turns a soft pink-red that looks as good as it tastes.
1. Add the frozen cherries to a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped.
2. Add the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt.
3. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Cherries are dense, so this one can take closer to 4 to 5 minutes of blending to fully smooth out.
4. Transfer to a container and freeze for 1 to 2 hours before scooping.
Notes
For extra texture, pulse in a small handful of chopped fresh cherries at the very end instead of blending them in completely.
